Dear SSES Families:
As we look ahead to our annual Halloween Parade, we encourage families to help children plan fun and creative costumes that inspire joy, not fear! Please avoid scary or gory themes, masks that fully cover the face, and any accessories that resemble weapons.
Our goal is for all students to enjoy a festive and positive celebration together. The Halloween Parade will take place on Friday, October 31, with PreK–Grade 2 and Grade 4 parading from 9:40–10:00 a.m., and Grades 3 and 5 from 10:30–10:50 a.m. We can’t wait to see the excitement and imagination our students bring to this special tradition.
Of course, every parade needs parade-goers! The students will be parading around the front loop, while our super fans stand around the grassy hill. Please consider spending part of your day with us. It will be the social event of the season!
Sincerely,
Kimberly Fox Santora
