Dear SSES K–5 Families:

We are writing to share that each K–5 student will receive two Interim Reports, which will be posted to the PowerSchool Parent Portal on Thursday, April 2nd at 4:00 PM. One report will reflect your child’s progress in meeting academic and social-emotional expectations, and the second will provide information about your child’s progress in Art, Music, and Physical Education.

Families will notice that there are different versions of the academic Interim Report:

• Kindergarten and Grade 1: K–1 Interim Report 

• Grades 2–4: Grades 2–4 Interim Report

• Grade 5 Interim Report (view in Archived Reports)

The purpose of these Interim Reports is to provide a snapshot of your child’s progress ahead of the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduled for April 8, 9, 10. Reviewing the reports in advance will help you reflect on your child’s strengths and areas for growth, so you can come to the conferences prepared with any questions or topics you would like to discuss with your child’s teacher.

We hope you find these reports helpful in understanding your child’s learning journey and in supporting their continued growth at home and at school.

Instructions To View Interim Progress Report in the Parent Portal

1. Once you log in to the Parent Portal, navigate to the left sidebar and click on the "Students Report" icon.

2. Click on the name of the Interim Report to open it.
